We are new to California and needed plumbing work done on our house in Newbury Park. We were lucky enough to find 4J’s Plumbing in the Yellow Pages. The owner, Jeremy Duncan responded quickly and juggled his schedule to fit us in. He was reliable, careful and thorough – outstanding service plus his rates are reasonable.
